Dundalk RFC will host a special Remembrance Lunch on Saturday 14th November in honour of our great friend Brian “Bonzo” Byrne.

Brian gave so much to Dundalk RFC over the years. As a Senior player, long-serving 2XV Manager, coach, 1st XV Team Manager, Touch Judge and Club President, his contribution to the club both on and off the pitch was immense.

His influence reached far beyond Mill Road, and his love of rugby, leadership and commitment to Dundalk RFC left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

We would love to welcome current and past players, partners, parents, sponsors, friends and the wider rugby community to join Brian’s family for an afternoon of stories, memories, laughter and friendship.

We will also be joined by former Leinster, Ireland and British & Irish Lions player Shane Byrne, Brian’s nephew.
